A quick introduction
I'm Paul John Velasquez — a software engineer, entrepreneur, and CTO based in the Philippines. I co-founded Swiftly Workspace, an AI-native ERP platform, and lead the technical vision behind three products: Swiftly Workspace, FeedbackKit, and Swiftly AI.
My background spans backend development, software testing, freelance engineering, and virtual assistance — giving me a well-rounded perspective on building products from the ground up. I'm passionate about leveraging AI and modern tooling to solve real business problems.
Outside of work, I've mentored university students, tutored programming in Python, C++, and Java, and led robotics and Arduino workshops for high school students.
My professional journey
Co-founded Swiftly Workspace, an AI-Native ERP platform. Leading the technical direction and backend architecture across three products: Swiftly Workspace, FeedbackKit, and Swiftly AI.
Supported entrepreneurs outside the Philippines by managing digital platforms, streamlining workflows, coordinating tasks, and supporting online campaigns through social media content management.
Validated large sets of data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across backend systems. Executed software testing tasks and consistently delivered results on time, applying skills in data validation and internal tools.
Designed and developed custom software solutions for clients, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency. Completed a 3-month structured training in debugging and pipeline troubleshooting.
